Refund policy
We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or broken due to an issue from our side. in such case customer needs to write us a mail to inform within 3 days of purchase. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Support@silverlab.in so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return in case of damage or defect, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective item and your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item separately.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your Silverlab wallet or you will receive a gift card with the refund amount. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@silverlab.in.
