Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Silverlab is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages Silverlab is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@silverlab.in with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Silverlab is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
