Shipping and Delivery
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time within India is 2 to 5 days. Delivery time may differ depending on the location of delivery.
Is there any shipping fee?
No shipping fee within india
Where do you ship to?
We ship PAN india.
Can I ask for express shipping?
yes, our express shipping option will be shipping your product via Air.
Which shipping company do you ship from?
We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, ekart, Fedex, Dtdc, Dhl, Bluedart etc for shipping the product.
What are your returns and exchange policies?
We understand if you receive a damaged product or are unsatisfied. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. Once you return the item in case of damaged product, you will receive a store credit that can be used towards your next purchase.
What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received a wrong product?
First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to support@silverlab.in. Our Customer Support Team will be happy to help resolve it! make sure you do it within 3 days of your purchase.
What is the exchange process?
Send us an email at support@silverlab.in, requesting your exchange label.
Don’t forget to include the following:
- The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)
- The address where the jewellery will be shipped from
- The email address associated with your Silverlab account.
- Please exclusively mention the reason for the exchange.
- In case of a damaged product, please provide a picture as well.

You can make payments on silverlab.in through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Cash on delivery.
